After $1.3 million upgrade, Bayswater Library open to the public

After months of work and a one-week closure, the new Bayswater Library - just down the hall from its old location - is open. 

The new amenities include two bookable meeting rooms, two community rooms with a flexible dividing wall, a gaming area and an accessible toilet with a baby change facility.
